Nobody Was Arrested In My House In Obot Akara – Commissioner Denies


In the gale of Akwa Ibom state election 2019 the press engaged in Exclusive Interview With Sir Monday Uko on Obot Akara Political Crisis to bear his mind.

The honorable commissioner Speak out on the allegation placed on him by APC.

“There are plans by the APC to frame me up and link me to the current political crisis in Obot Akara. As a grassroots politician, I want to tell Nigerians that even if the election is conducted 100 times, PDP will always win in Obot Akara.”

“Nobody was arrested in my house, and I can say that in good authority. The people I saw on social media are unknown to me, I have never had contact with them”.

“I call on the perpetrators of this crime to repent and desist from misleading the public with fake information, I was not in Obot Akara and as such I have no idea about what happened”.

“I believe the security agencies should do their job by carrying out thorough investigations into the Obot Akara Crises and make sure that the perpetrators are brought to book”.

“I can tell you authoritatively that 11 buses were burnt by APC thugs”
